How Can I Submit an Earnest Deposit?

We want to make closings easy, and that includes submitting earnest deposits.  As such, we offer several convenient options for submitting an earnest deposit.

Online Using an eCheck

We can accept an earnest deposit on our website using an eCheck.  In order to comply with state law, an earnest deposit made via eCheck must be for less than $2,500 or the closing must be at least ten days after the payment is submitted.  

You can submit your online eCheck earnest payment by going to rdtitle.com/emd.

Physical Check in our Office

If you prefer physical checks to our office for your earnest deposit.  Similar to an eCheck, personal checks must either be for less than $2,500 or the closing must be at least ten days after the payment is submitted.  If our office is not open, you can leave your payment in our secure and video monitored dropbox to the left of our office doors.

Our address is 9105 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66212, which is located at the Southeast corner of 91st and Metcalf by the AT&T Store, GNC, Wingstop, and Pie Five. 

Wire Transfer

Once the file is opened in our office, wire instructions will be provided to you securely through our online client portal.  There are no limits on the amounts for wire transfers.
