In order to comply with state law, and ensure that funds are available for closing, an earnest deposit made via personal check or eCheck must be:
- Under $2,500
- - OR -
- Delivered ten or more days prior to closing
Earnest Deposits made via wire transfer or certified checks can be for any amount.
