What are title policy exceptions?

These items are listed on schedule B-II of the title commitment and are anything that won't be covered by the title policy.  For example, if a survey isn't conducted, the policy won't cover any disputes related to the location of the property lines, or the policy may identify homeowner's association rules that the property owner will be required to comply with.  You can learn more about title policy exceptions by watching the video below that discusses them in more detail.
